First I’d like to mention all the pros. Home location is amazing. Easy to get to local grocery stores and restaurants. Easy drive to strip and airport. Pool was the highlight of our stay. Coming from Oregon we rarely get the weather to enjoy an outdoor pool. The outdoor furniture was also very nice. The inside of the home was clean and mattresses were comfortable. The washer and dryer worked amazing and didn’t smell. Easy instructions for entry, WiFi, pool and spa heating. Only a few cons and really just annoyances. The pool is not the pool in the pics. Not sure if they used AI to alter but we still enjoyed it greatly. The address is not the address. You get that the day before and we were having car delivered. So I had to contact the delivery company and change last minute. Next are the rules. I wonder if they have just had horrible renters in the past. There were cameras which was fine with us but some might not like that. Lastly. The curb to garage was horrible, not their fault. 💙

We had 6 of us and a infant and enjoyed Matt’s home so much we ended up extending our stay a couple more days! The heated pool was amazing! Perfect temperature, not over chlorinated and very clean! Matt was very responsive to any messages- allowed extra stay and early check in! We will definitely be back in the future!

Loved everything about it! We travel to Las Vegas often, and if I could stay at this home every time I'm in the area, I would! The layout was great, the master bedroom being away from the other rooms. Lots of places in the bedroom and bathroom to unpack our things, and double sinks. There were plenty of kitchen items to use for cooking meals. The back yard was so fun. Cornhole, super comfortable padded loungers and turf to play on, which also looked so nice! The washer and dryer worked very well. The location of the home was amazing. Very close to great shopping and restaurants. It was a safe area, and I walked with my toddler to the park every day for some play time. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable. There was a fun game that we enjoyed playing (pictured next to the dining table.) Matt was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. We appreciated having use of the garage, and remote opener. That is rare to find, and was very convenient! Thank you!

We Came for the Rugby as a Family of 7 it was an Excellent Location Just 15 mns From the Strip but in a Very Clean, Quiet and Safe Neighbourhood There was Enough Space For All of us and the Pool and Spa Tub Was Fantastic My Grandchildren Loved it ❤ I Wouldn't Hesitate to Recommend this Property to Anyone Top Quality Regards Gavin Alford and Family 👪 I won't

We had a great stay at this home! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy and the host was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

This was one of, if not the best rentals Ive ever stayed in. My team and I were in town for Shot Show and when our reservation got canceled due to over booking, Matt's place came to the rescue. This place is spectacular. All the amenities were better than described. But more importantly, Matt was very communicative, responsive, very helpful, and very understanding. Our flights were canceled and he graciously let us stay another night and gave us a hell of a deal. My team and I will be staying here every year. I highly recommend this rental. It is stunningly peaceful. Thank you, Matt, for being so amazing. See you next year!

Very quiet and comfortable place to stay. The small backyard was beautifully done and fun to be in. The inside was immaculately clean with plenty of room to relax. All the beds were very comfortable. Overall, one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! We chose this place because of the bedrooms on the first floor and the fact that my 82 year old mom wouldn’t be able to walk up and down the stairs easily. It was perfect! The outdoor space is huge and rivals most resorts with pickle ball, a huge pool, spa, putting green, air hockey, table tennis, basketball, full playground and more! This is a special place, perfect for large family stays. It was clean, well furnished and perfect!

My group and I were in town for a football game at Allegiant on F1 weekend but did not want to deal with the F1 closures/reroutes. We wanted something close to Red Rock Casino for the shuttle to Allegiant and this place stood out to us! Red Rock was less than a 5 minute drive. It is also so close to the outdoor Summerlin mall to shop! The house itself was nice and had sufficient rooms for our group of 6. The kitchen had all utensils/things to make food. They even had shuffleboard and cornhole to keep our group entertained! We all really liked the place and would recommend it!
