Fantastic stay! The location was perfect, 5 minutes from the airport, 12 from the Strip, and close to restaurants and shopping, yet still very quiet. The house was spacious, exactly as described, and fit our group of 10 comfortably. The kitchen had all the dishes, silverware, appliances, and a large prep area. We loved the pool, Pickleball court, pool table, and other games. The host was very responsive, and this is now one of our favorite places in Vegas. We’ll definitely be back!

I loved my stay here, I think everything was perfect. The only thing that I believe would make this place amazing is a full length mirror. Bathroom is gorgeous and the pool was perfect!

Such a wonderful stay at Matt’s. We were in a bind as our first Airbnb in the area didn’t work out. It was a stressful situation but co-host Cindy was extremely understanding & accommodating to help get us settled with last minute booking. The place is exactly as described and the accommodation made us feel right at home. There’s also a shuffleboard & corn hole set for additional activities. Location is great, very convenient & quiet. We’ll definitely stay again next time we are in town to visit families.

Matt’s home was everything and then some. From the moment we walked in it felt like a true home away from home. The pictures did not do it justice. This place was spotless spacious and had all the little touches that made our stay extra comfortable. You can tell a lot of love and intention went into creating this space. The master bedroom… Baby listen it was giving luxury hotel vibes. That shower head alone made it hard to leave. I really tried to figure out how I could take it with me. Matt and Cindy were both amazing hosts. Super responsive warm and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling intrusive. You could tell they actually cared about our experience and that made all the difference. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The service the space the energy everything was on point. If you’re coming to Vegas and looking for a place that feels just like home but better this is it.

Everything was incredible — always attentive to us. A door fell off and they immediately sent someone to fix it! The power went out in Vegas and they kept sending us updates constantly. Honestly, excellent service.

This is our second stay at Matt’s property and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time! The house is in a nice, peaceful neighborhood and a close drive to so many delicious restaurants and fun activities. The house accommodated our family very well, with lots of space to relax and a beautiful pool and porch set up to enjoy in the heat. The home was tidy, the kitchen was great to cook in, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with Matt again in the future!

Great place to stay off of the strip! The house is comfortable, cool, quiet. The pool is clean and refreshing after a hot day exploring and seeing some shows. Hosts were easy to work with, answered questions quickly, and a great resource. We would definitely stay here again.

It was very at home feeling and the beds ,pillows down to the couches are very comfortable and clean. I come about every 2 years I would definitely rent this home again. Air condition worked A+ witch was very important being that it was 107° outside.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly spacious. It easily accommodated our group and gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
