We loved Matt’s place!! It was the cleanest Airbnb we have stayed in. The cameras everywhere made us feel secure and safe. We loved all of the floaters for the pool and Matt had great communication.

I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful home. 10/10 highly recommended. Great location and literally minutes from the strip.. very clean home and had everything we needed. Pictures don’t do this home justice! This place is amazing! Great Job Matt!

We have loved our stay in this perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Strip, yet still with in easy taxi commute back into town Well appointed with great outdoor space, pool with shaded areas, hot tub. games den and a ‘Pickleball’ court. Perfect for relaxing and BBQ’s with family and friends. Matt and Cindy are great hosts and very responsive, always there to help, Thank you !

We went on Aug/25, three young families with small kids. It was fantastic! Answered all our demands, lots of space, beautiful house, the pool well maintained, so many kids activities there. Seriously everyone had enough space and the kitchen had all you need to set up a dinner. I highly recommend and for sure if we will come back to Vegas I’ll book it again.

Our stay was wonderful! The host was very friendly and responsive, making everything easy and stress-free. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This was our 2nd stay. We love this home it has a beautiful backyard perfectly set up for relaxing. My kids love the pool we used it every day. The house is always clean with everything you would need for your stay. This will continue to be our go to Airbnb when we stay in Las Vegas!

Matt was a very accommodating host, he allowed us an early check in which relieved a lot of stress as I was getting married that weekend. The house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for large family travel as it has some amazing amenities to appease guest of all ages. My kids loved the playground, and the swimming pool. The house is a nice private location but nest lots of things. I highly recommend biking their property and you would not be disappointed

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect, 5 minutes from the airport, 12 from the Strip, and close to restaurants and shopping, yet still very quiet. The house was spacious, exactly as described, and fit our group of 10 comfortably. The kitchen had all the dishes, silverware, appliances, and a large prep area. We loved the pool, Pickleball court, pool table, and other games. The host was very responsive, and this is now one of our favorite places in Vegas. We’ll definitely be back!

I loved my stay here, I think everything was perfect. The only thing that I believe would make this place amazing is a full length mirror. Bathroom is gorgeous and the pool was perfect!

Such a wonderful stay at Matt’s. We were in a bind as our first Airbnb in the area didn’t work out. It was a stressful situation but co-host Cindy was extremely understanding & accommodating to help get us settled with last minute booking. The place is exactly as described and the accommodation made us feel right at home. There’s also a shuffleboard & corn hole set for additional activities. Location is great, very convenient & quiet. We’ll definitely stay again next time we are in town to visit families.
