Overall had a great experience at the Matt's place. Place was clean and looked like the photos. Pool, Hot Tub, and Fire pit were great in the backyard. Beds were comfy. Was close to things to do in the local area but also not to far from the strip with an easy drive or Uber. Also not to far from the airport.

Matt's place was remarkably perfect and waa exactly what my friends and I were looking for. Reasonably priced, we couldn't ask for better accomodations, perfectly placed within decent proximity of the strip and the Red Rock mountains. I/we would definitely look to stay here again

Great pickleball court and an awesome host! Matt was super responsive and made everything easy. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Definitely planning to stay here again in the near future.

We had a wonderful trip and Matt and Cindy were great! We hope to make this our home away from home, lol. The space was clean and lovely... just perfect for three of us and located near all of our family. Couldn't have asked for more. We all felt right at home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean upon arrival. Pool and outdoor settings were immaculate. We traveled for a wedding with grandparents and a 1 year old baby. Pack-n-play and highchair were so useful. Great refrigerator and kitchen utensils for cooking. Thank you again for a great stay!

We loved Matt’s place!! It was the cleanest Airbnb we have stayed in. The cameras everywhere made us feel secure and safe. We loved all of the floaters for the pool and Matt had great communication.

I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful home. 10/10 highly recommended. Great location and literally minutes from the strip.. very clean home and had everything we needed. Pictures don’t do this home justice! This place is amazing! Great Job Matt!

We have loved our stay in this perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Strip, yet still with in easy taxi commute back into town Well appointed with great outdoor space, pool with shaded areas, hot tub. games den and a ‘Pickleball’ court. Perfect for relaxing and BBQ’s with family and friends. Matt and Cindy are great hosts and very responsive, always there to help, Thank you !

We went on Aug/25, three young families with small kids. It was fantastic! Answered all our demands, lots of space, beautiful house, the pool well maintained, so many kids activities there. Seriously everyone had enough space and the kitchen had all you need to set up a dinner. I highly recommend and for sure if we will come back to Vegas I’ll book it again.
