Everything was incredible — always attentive to us. A door fell off and they immediately sent someone to fix it! The power went out in Vegas and they kept sending us updates constantly. Honestly, excellent service.

This is our second stay at Matt’s property and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time! The house is in a nice, peaceful neighborhood and a close drive to so many delicious restaurants and fun activities. The house accommodated our family very well, with lots of space to relax and a beautiful pool and porch set up to enjoy in the heat. The home was tidy, the kitchen was great to cook in, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with Matt again in the future!

Great place to stay off of the strip! The house is comfortable, cool, quiet. The pool is clean and refreshing after a hot day exploring and seeing some shows. Hosts were easy to work with, answered questions quickly, and a great resource. We would definitely stay here again.

It was very at home feeling and the beds ,pillows down to the couches are very comfortable and clean. I come about every 2 years I would definitely rent this home again. Air condition worked A+ witch was very important being that it was 107° outside.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly spacious. It easily accommodated our group and gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Matt and Cindy were amazing hosts — super friendly, quick to respond, and so easy to work with throughout the entire process. We made so many great memories during our stay and are so grateful to have found this gem. Would absolutely stay here again!

Matt's house is exactly like his posting. It's clean, comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The pool was great!! My family and I were in town for HS graduation with a bunch of activities planned throughout the days. It was a nice feeling coming "home". Very peaceful! I'd stay at Matt's property again! Las Vegas fun without the hotel vibes and craziness haha

Nice location. Walkable to coffee and grocery store. Nice neighborhood. House was clean and updated. 2 couples and 2 toddlers stayed there. Oytlets were covered. Clean high chair & play n pak available. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and pans for cooking. Nice astro turf backyard for little ones to play on. Double garage to park in. It worked out well. Thanks to our host.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Las Vegas! The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was easy and responsive throughout. The location was convenient—just a short drive from the Strip but still peaceful enough to relax. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful touches around the house. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Vegas!

Matt and Cindy were amazing to deal with and super accommodating to our needs and requests! The house was perfect and very close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely stay here again, our family of 6 had everything we needed and were very comfortable during our stay! Thank you again!!
